JOB SUMMARY


Ensure excellence of operations for customer service: from order intake through order processing, deliveries, documentation, invoicing, cash recovery and daily support. To achieve this mission, the Customer Service Supervisor will oversee and assist one customer service employee in the performance of his job duties such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints, as well as assisting him handling his own customer accounts. On top of his/her management duties, the CSV will directly handle the admin support for some KA.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES


•    Oversees the daily workflow of the department and ensure operations excellence: 
forecast management (along with sales), order processing, coordination with production/planning, documentation and shipping, invoicing, payment follow-up, coordination with sales departments…
•    Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff. 
•    Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
•    Maintain a good communication level with sales managers and directors.
•    Maintain good communication level within the site: planning, quality, finance, …  
•    Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES 


•    College Degree or equivalent.
•    At least 5 years related experience required: B2B, industrial environment, packaging is a +
•    organizational skills and attention to detail.
•    time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
•    interpersonal and customer service skills.
•    verbal and written communication skills. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good math skills
•    Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
•    Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
•    Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

 
•    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
•    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
