Reporting to the Group Commercial and Marketing Director, the Distributors & Converters Sales Director (M/F) leads and supervises the sales team to increase sales and margin globally (excluding the Middle East, Africa, India, and Turkey) in the Distributors and Converters markets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Distributors & Converters Sales Director, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Defining and driving the global commercial strategy:

Developing and implementing the sales strategy for your business segment in alignment with the group's overall strategy.
Ensuring sales growth and margin improvement by engaging and supporting your team.
Actively monitoring markets to identify growth opportunities and proposing strategic adjustments in line with global market dynamics.


2. Aligning sales actions with the group's marketing and product strategy:

Collaborating closely with marketing teams to ensure product offerings meet market needs and pricing policies.
Deploying marketing tools and representing Sterimed at trade shows.


3. Leading, supervising, and developing the sales team:

Supporting your team members in achieving their performance goals.
Uniting the team around a clear and shared vision of commercial priorities.
Implementing processes and tools to improve sales efficiency.


PROFILE REQUIRED


The Distributors & Converters Sales Director (M/F) is a collaborative leader who can interact effectively at all organizational levels and thrive in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.

As a key interface between technical departments, regional sales managers, and Sterimed production teams worldwide, you bring real added value to your stakeholders by actively contributing to the development and optimization of commercial agreements.

You possess strong communication skills and the ability to challenge stakeholders regardless of their hierarchical level. You also have solid negotiation skills.

You have proven experience managing distributors, not necessarily in our industry (pharmaceutical, medical, cosmetic, packaging, or even food). You have led a sales team for at least 5 years, ideally in an international context.

Holding a Master’s degree (or equivalent), you have a global mindset and are fluent in English. Spanish proficiency (written and spoken) would be an asset, though refresher training can be considered.
