YOUR MISSION


Reporting to the Finance Department, your mission will be to contribute to strategic decisions by providing insight into the company's performance with relevant and reliable reporting and indicators.
In a context of sustained external growth and structuring of its processes and tools, including the ongoing deployment of SAP worldwide, you will be responsible for scaling up planning and reporting activities in collaboration with financial counterparts in various entities. You will bring a fresh perspective to existing processes and analyses, and you will propose improvements to strengthen and structure them.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

 

  • Lead the annual budget process and mid-year forecast.
  • Drive the monthly reporting process for the entire Group (approximately 20 legal entities on 3 continents) in compliance with the closing schedule, reconcile data, and synthesize performance analyses.
  • Prepare the Group's monthly financial reporting for General Management, shareholders, and financial partners.
  • Standardize management control activities and performance analyses: monthly variance analyses, measurement of industrial and commercial performance, monitoring of fixed costs, currency effects, etc.
  • Structure and consolidate margin analyses by client/product in coordination with site financial managers.
  • Update internal transfer pricing and management fees.
  • Participate in the financial integration of newly acquired entities.
  • Manage 1 to 2 people.
  • Travel in France and abroad is to be expected.
YOUR PROFILE

 

  • You hold a higher degree in management.
  • You have 8–10 years of experience in financial roles in international and industrial environments.
  • Ability to organize work in an international environment.
  • Strong synthesis and communication skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-evolving mid-sized company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and experience with financial consolidation software.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
