A subsidiary of the Sterimed Group, ATH Medical is an innovative company specializing in the management and traceability of medical devices in healthcare facilities. Our flagship product, AnciTrak², is a comprehensive solution aimed at improving patient safety and operational efficiency in hospitals. We are looking to strengthen our team to accelerate the deployment of this solution in the French and European markets.

MAIN MISSION

Reporting to the General Director of Development, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of AnciTrak² within hospitals in France and Europe. You will be the main point of contact between internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure the effective implementation and success of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management: Develop and follow up on project timelines, identify risks, define necessary resources, and ensure deadlines are met.
Team Coordination: Work closely with technical, commercial, and marketing teams to ensure the coherent and efficient implementation of the AnciTrak² solution.
Client Support: Provide training, support, and assistance to hospital teams during the deployment of AnciTrak².
Analysis and Reporting: Monitor project performance indicators and prepare regular reports for management.
Technological and Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed about technological developments and current regulations in the medical field to adapt the solution and implementation approaches.


REQUIRED PROFILE

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally in the medical or healthcare technology sector OR a professional background in an operating room and/or sterilization service, looking for a career shift to leverage your experience and expertise.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.) and technological solutions in healthcare settings.
Languages: Fluency in French and English is required. Another European language would be an asset.
Personal Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, autonomy, and leadership qualities.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within France and Europe.
